Artist Signings
Most of our headline artists will be doing signings in the merchandise tent at some point during the festival. Check the merch tent for the schedule.
ATMs
Unfortunately there will be no ATM facility available at Forest Edge, nor will there be Eftpos. The closest ATM is 10 minutes drive away so be sure to come to the Festival with the necessary cash.
Baby Change / Feeding Facilities
Facilities specifically for the purpose of changing nappies and feeding babies is quite limited at Forest Edge, however bathroom facilities will be prominent.
Baw Baw Shire
FEMF is located in Neerim East which is a part of the Baw Baw Shire. If you would like to know more about the area, including some great local attractions or places to stay off site, visit here.
Broken Armbands
Bring your broken arm band to Information for replacement at $5.00 each. No old arm band = no new arm band.
Camping
You need a full weekend pass to stay in the FEMF camping area. Upgrades from day passes to full weekend passes are available by calling FEMF on 5952 3135. For our camping guidelines please click HERE.
Car Parking
Please follow the instructions of our parking instructors politely. Driving on and off the site regularly will be difficult and time consuming, so its best if you come to the festival adequately prepared for the duration of the weekend. If you do need to access your car and leave the site, our parking instructors will direct you appropriately.
Child Minding
There are no child minding facilities, programs or areas at FEMF. Children (under 13) remain the responsibility of parents/guardians at all times.
Church Services
A combined Church service will be held on the Sunday morning of the festival.
Crowd Surfing
This is a big no-no!
Disabled Facilities and Access
Disabled parking will be available in closer proximity to the main festivities than standard parking. Please speak with a parking instructor to be directed to the disabled car park. All venues are wheelchair accessible. Disabled toilets and showers are accessible- just ask FEMF staff for direction. The shower and toilet blocks in the camping area are located on top of semi-trailer trucks with staircase access only.
EFTPOS
Eftpos facilities will not be available at FEMF so be sure to come to the festival with the necessary cash. There will also be no ATM access.
E-Tickets
Your e-ticket is just like cash, so remember to bring it along. It is your pass into the festival and will be exchanged for an arm band upon arrival. If you do forget, speak to the friendly box office staff and they will do all they can to recover records of the ticket, however recovery is not guaranteed and you may be required to purchase a new ticket on the day, subject to availability.
Exhibition Stall
Located in the main exhibition marquee. If you are interested in having an exhibition stall you can download the application form HERE.
First Aid
Open 8am to Midnight. Find them in the Village.
Food
There will be plenty of food available for purchase at FEMF at reasonable prices. If you would prefer, you are welcome to cook your own food on bbq hot plates provided safely by FEMF. Strictly no gas cookers allowed.
Found Children
Lost children are to be taken to Information for parents to find them.
Free/Ticketed Venues
Access to any part of the FEMF is on a ticketed basis only. You will need a full weekend pass or day pass to experience FEMF.
Internet
Unfortunately wireless internet will not be available at FEMF.

Lost Property
If you find lost property please take it to Information to be stored.
Moshing
Please be considerate of the safety of other patrons. No crowd surfing, no violent moshing, no throwing objects. Offenders will be permanently removed from the performance.
Offering
We will be taking up an offering during the Combined Church Service on Sunday morning.
Phone Coverage
Only Optus services (including Virgin Mobile) have realiable coverage at Forest Edge.
Security
FEMF provides security including volunteers and licensed guards. FEMF aims to promote a safe, all ages friendly atmosphere and we would appreciate your cooperation in keeping it that way.
Shopping
A wide range of supplies will be available at the Kiosk at FEMF, however a small supermarket is located in the township of Neerim South, a 10mn drive from the site.

Times
FEMF opens from:
- 4:00PM - 12:00AM on Friday
- 8:00AM - 12:00AM on Saturday
- 8:00AM - 2:00PM on Sunday
Weather
Autumn at Forest Edge is great and should provide some nice sunny days to enjoy, but it can certainly get cold at night. Be sure to bring a range of clothing and be prepared for any weather- bring your jumper, scarf and umbrella just in case. Even if it rains, FEMF will go ahead at the highest quality that is logistically possible.

The festival is an initiative of CYC Ministries and is presented by Christian Youth Camps Ltd and the Christian Community Churches of Australia.
